Could people who have the DQ rules on web sites, please remove them - this
is a technical breach of copyright, which if ?Hasbro? decides to use us as a
test case, would get Michael Parkinson fired instantly, and possibly affect
other people as well. A "Please email me" link would be as effective, and
not take risks with other people's livelihoods. We've discussed this before,
and its simply not fair to these people.

Subject: [dq] Fire 1.3

Greetings All,

I'm Todd from America. I am working on getting a multi-GM game going here
in the States. I have three people including my self and all are willing to
GMs. I down loaded the handbook recently but the fire college is only
version 1.1. I know that there is a more current version. Dose anyone have
the most current version?

I have a question concerning item quality. Can a shield be made to have a
lesser MD requirement and or increased defence?

I realy admire all the work and playtesting that has been done on this game.
This group is very creative.

Cheers,
Todd

Personally I tend to think that this is paranoid thinking at work, however
to confirm the details I have contacted the legal department of WotC who are
tehnically the owners if any to find out the current status of the game and
to find out if they care.

There has also been some discussion on the international lists on the
subject which I have been following. But, until this is resolved, I'm
agreeing with Andrew. Let's not take chances here - just in case. Please.

Keith.
