Reply-To: dq@dq.sf.org.nz From: Paul Schmidt to: DQ List: Hi guys. I've just been appointed co-ordinator for TSR's Greyhawk Living Campaign for this region. This will give roleplayers the chance to register their characters internationally with the RPGA (or through myself if you prefer) and thus have your character rated and recognised world wide, regardless of the system played. To make the process more relevant, each region is being assigned a section of the World of Greyhawk, to develop within the overall Greyhawk/ADD framework. If you have any queries in this regard or want to be part of the process just drop me a line (BTW, RPGA membership is free at entry level). I realise that most of you are DQ players although a large number also play ADD. I would encourage you to use this opportunity to speak to me about running your characters in two modes. Essentially this means you can play your character under either system but a conversion process for EP will give you a relative idea on where you stand in relation to players world wide in terms of roleplaying systems in general. It will also provide you with a template for playing your character in organised events in or when you travel to conventions etc overseas. If you want more information on organised adventuring in general or the World of Greyhawk in particular, just drop me a line.
