Venue for Guild Meetings
 - The university is becoming more and more untenable.  Options are:
 1) Somewhere else in the city - generally expensive and no parking but good
for public transport.
 2) City Fringe (Ponsonby, Parnell, etc.) - more reasonably priced, parking
still not great, ok for public transport.
 3) Central suburbs (Mt Albert, Mt Eden, Westmere, etc.) - reasonably
priced, easy parking, awkward for public transport.
Given that we don't have few student players and most people have access to
cars, option 3 seems best.  With the aim of ensuring a reasonable price,
plenty of parking, and close to public transport.
If no-one has any objections we'll get some specific options to choose from.

4) Rules General Business

Ross is progressing on the rulebook and will be available in NZ from the
10th to the 22nd.
What is the status of the players handbook?  Is it feasible to publish it at
the same time?
Also, what about the bestiary and demonology?

The bestiary & demonology are in the "unofficial GM's Guide", along with
some other valuable info and some drek. I would be interested in us formally
adopting the GM's Guide and tidying it up - there are a few typo's & an
omission or two (as always happens with the first edition of a document),
and some stuff that I am less than happy with. However, this document
exists, and is available on request in PDF, and is quite usable/useful,
thanks to Jono.

The players handbook is close to completion, and a draft should be available
in PDF shortly.

What is the edit-cycle for the rulesbook? Ditto players handbook?
Proof-reading and fixing typos always takes longer than planned.
