I've put in my three characters ok but have noticed a couple of things. 1) Entering ' or " seems to introduce problems with the data. In some places Phaeton D'Tama is displayed as Phaeton D\ 2) You're using black on a dark blue background in some places. This is terribly hard to read. I would recommend a complementary colour, such as yellow, or a bright colour such as orange, bright red or possibly cyan. I'm using Netscape 4.7 if that's any help. >For those interested, these pages use PHP3 (www.php3.net) and MySQL >(www.mysql.com) as the database. I was thinking of using Java & Javascript as the database would be running on a Linux server. And thanks for getting this working. I had only got as far as the planning stages for the on-line form, as soon as the rulebook edits were done. If you observe this happening please let me know: The Player and Character, what you did when adding/modifying the character, etc. Don't delete the other persons character, I can re-attach it to the correct player once I know about it. And a warning - The delete function does not have a confirmation. ie. If you click on delete - it's gone. If anyone has time to whip up the Javascript/html code to pop-up a confirmation dialog-box before submitting the URL then send it to me and I'll include it. The warning could be done in PHP3 but that's too slow and clunky for my taste, I prefer a client-side confirmation.
