The Bestiary doens't change much, though someone may be adding new creatures occasionally. People can buy copies of the rules at the Guild meetings, and Ross releases a PDF which people can ask for at each rules publishing. I don't think we need anything more formal than that. BTW: I'm not looking after the Bestiary - I did a first spell check/edit - and missed a few errors :( but its on its own now. The Rules documents = only change when new rule books are released. The Bestiary doens't = change much, though someone may be adding new creatures occasionally. = People can buy copies of the rules at the Guild meetings, and Ross = releases a PDF which people can ask for at each rules publishing. I've taken off the draft rules I had = up, just before last weekend. Andrew
was the instigator and maintainer of = the on-line beastiary. If he wants to
take that off then I'll do it.

One idea of what we could do is set up = an e-copy on a server somewhere,
split into skills and colleges = sections, which is periodically updated. We
could keep a list of those who are = interested in any particular sections
and notify them of any changes, maybe = e-mailing them the revised documents.
