The Bestiary doens't change much, though someone may be adding new creatures occasionally. People can buy copies of the rules at the Guild meetings, and Ross releases a PDF which people can ask for at each rules publishing. I don't think we need anything more formal than that.     I've taken off the draft rules I had = up, just before last weekend. Andrew
    was the instigator and maintainer of = the on-line beastiary. If he wants to
    take that off then I'll do it.

    split into skills and colleges = sections, which is periodically updated. We
    could keep a list of those who are = interested in any particular sections
    and notify them of any changes, maybe = e-mailing them the revised documents.
