Since it's been bandied about, I wanted to check my intepretations, that weren't mentioned, as being correct. : At birth, Elves get witchsight as per wicca, ie at rank 0, and they then have to rank it for it to be "effective". There should be a place on elven charactersheets to have their elven witchsight rank recorded. Wizards eye/ears have the equivalent rank of invisibility as that at which the spell was cast. I think one element of the "current problem" is that until now, there wasn't a great need to rank witchsight (esp talent), and so many people didn't. Now people realise this new need to get higher ranks, and within a year or so may/will acheive higher ranks, then this transitional problem may disperse.
