Below is the brought forward agenda for the Gods meeting.

DQ GODS MEETING AGENDA
May 2001
Place: ???
Time: Noon
Date: Sunday 6th May 2001
Chair: Clare West, deputy Errol

Since Michael's moving, his living room will no longer be usable for the
meeting. So, Keith and I are making our living room(s) available. We're
about 15 minutes drive from Michael's - at least assuming traffic at midday
on a Sunday is no worse than at 10:30 pm on a Tuesday night, we've got
plenty of space, and three interested persons in residence and old enough
to vote.

Address: 38 Tarata Crescent, Mangere Bridge.

Take the second turn-off on the south-west motorway after the bridge
(Walmsley Rd.), turn right, turn left at the next set of lights, then take
the next right. Proceed to the big two-story brown house with the green
fence and the gate for containment of two-year-old. Note the "Compusmiths"
sign on the fence, and the car labeled FLAMIS.... if you've reached the end
of the street without finding same, you're on the wrong street!

Is this satisfactory?

Jacqui

How about everyone who is planning to go along (assuming that a quorum is
going to occur) mails the list. That way, if a quorum is not indicated, we
don't waste 1.5 -2 hours each.

I'm coming in from Te Atatu, and could provide a lift within reasonable
detour. Ian is on a course this weekend.

Regards
Errol

I know I'm not a "real" DQ person, just your humble list maintainer, but I
have a suggestion, in consideration of the fact that this is an announcement
list (rather than, say, a discussion list).

How about if we stick to standard list Netiquette: everyone does NOT mail
back to the list, but instead replies back to Jacqui, who will send a
summary to the list when/whether a quorum is indicated.

-Martin.
