I don't see a need to improve E&E telekinesis. Personally, I think that
E&E Telekinesis should be simply used for gross movement, whereas the
Mind College one should allow the use of some fine manipulation. Change
the E&E spell name to 'Wizard's Hand', or something.
If you want to change the name of the Mind College Mind Cloak spell, I
suggest Dream Shield.
