As Elven governor of the "Uttermost West", Prince Gyronnwy will certainly agree
that the island falls technically within his area of responsibility (in much the
same way that Pizzaro sailed to TerraNova under Elven letters of marque, signed
by the Prince, as it lay west of Alusia, and thus within his domain). That said
however, unless the island is valuable in some way, there is little likelyhood
that the sea elves will take much interest in it.

True. They had an ocean-capable fleet for a while... and then Destiny sunk it.
The drow of Dylath still have a couple of deep ocean ships, but they are
extremely unlikely to desire Gwydonia, even if they knew it was there.

Albeit that the mana storms have calmed a bit since the upheavals, and
Leviathan's purported release.

Cheers,

Agreed. Maybe we should give new rule changes a break for a few months and
let the new set settle in. Constant changes can make people nervous - just
fix what really needs fixing for now.

Whereabouts does Prince Gyronnwy live in relationship to Alusia? If he's
not far from Pasifika I can just see him and King Kierl of the merfolk
forming an alliance to combat the sahuagan. (I presume you're saying that
he's a sea elf).
