Gods Meeting Minutes
It was reported that the new rule set is ready for publication, apart from
some minor corrections still to be made. A new set should be ready for
release in a week.

A vote was taken to accept the new Ranger skill. Passed (10/0/0). It is to
be put in the new rule set and it is now in playtest. Players are able to
choose a new specialisation.

The new Mind College is in the new rulebook, requiring the probationary
clause. No conversion is required.

The new Namer College is now probationary in the rulebook. A conversion
document has been produced.

Rune is not yet ready for printing. Andrew to get back to Ross on progress
and hopefully have it ready by next session. Once the College is ready for
playtesting, the restriction on new characters can be lifted.

The proposal that Binder becomes a full College is to go into the agenda
for the next meeting.

Jacqui has mentioned that she wants to make some changes to Bardic. These
are to be put on the mailing list for comments.

Adventures Going Out
1) Brigetta - She has received a message from the Laird of the McLeods. An
item of great value to the clan, the Fairy Flag, has gone missing. The
Laird is prepared to pay a party for its recovery. Low, Mondays, Mangere
Bridge. Jacqui.

2) Hugo - A young gentleman from Bowcourt. His master required mercenaries
to help with a hunt. He has obtained permission from Alfheim to take down
the mighty stag in the gardens of Phadros. They also have to put down a
fiery wyrm which was described as not very big and very sick. The dragon
was a teacher and friend to the elves but they cannot bring themselves to
put him out of his misery. The pay is twice the Guild rate plus goodies.
Tuesdays, Mt Wellington, Medium+, Gordon

3) Aconsol - A 7.5 tall hunchback very elderly elf. He said he had lost his
mind and it had gone somewhere in his other minds. So he wants a party to
retrieve it. Payment is standard guild rates and weaponry.
Medium/competent, Tuesday, Greenlane, Tom

4) Mistress Hightreason - A 6.5' female elf covered in tattoos, wearing
chain armour and carrying a sword. She is the deputy headmistress of the
Southhaven academy for girls. She requires an escort for the girls on a
live fire exercise. Payment is teachers wages. Low, Monday, Mt Eden. William

5) Mr Pennywise (the Guild accountant). He wanted a party for speculative
employment as bandit hunters as there are several groups out there. Board
at Guild for free. Low, Tuesday/Wednesday, Avondale, Rosemary.

6) Tagan - A middle aged orc. He was the representative of Lady De'Gris.
Some title deeds, two a couple of silver & gold mines, had gone missing and
she wants a party to retrieve them. There may be other parties looking for
them as well. Pay is the standard guild rate plus a bonus for each deed
recovered. Low, Mondays, Onehunga.

7) Murdock - An adventurer/mercenary. About thirty odd nobles want to go
safari hunting in the Dark Circle to collect trophies. Low medium/medium,
Blockhouse Bay, Friday, Eamon.

There being enough employment to go around, the bandit hunting was deferred.

Announcements
Amendment and errata pages have been issued for the current rulebook. This
includes a new combat section, new DA, counterspells, Mind College, Namer
College, and a new probationary Ranger skill.

Awards

Bravest
1) Michael & Annook - for standing toe to toe with a demon, the Mighty Duke

Winner: Michael and Anook

Stupidest
1) Thaeuss - Earlier, the party had defeated a gelatenous cube and had
bound & shrunk it for later use. Later on, they discovered a necromancer
with twenty zombies. Thaeuss decided to enlarge the dead cube and use it
for a shield. So the necromancer animated it.

2) Michael - The party were with a crusade of Michaeline Knights to assault
a tower. When Michal told them that the party were skilled at hand to hand
combat, the party ended up at the front of the assault force.

3) Dramus - He did a 'Call Master' in order to gain information. Once he
had finished he told it to 'run along' instead of dismissing it. So it did
- all over Sanctuary.

4) Grendel - The party were attacked by a water elemental and Grendel,
having the only magical weapon, attacked it with his javelin of shocking.
The discharge zapped the rest of the party.

5) Kryan - He did a Flash of Light which meant Dramus could not perform the
instruction he was given. So Dramus did a Hand of Force instead which
collected a party member and things went downhill from there.

6) Shoka - The party had split themselves up with Adam, Shoka, and Darian
currently at the Guild. They needed to return to the Eastwood Marches in a
hurry so Shoka asked his god for rapid transportation. However, he didn't
tell Adam not to resist so, Darian and Shoka were the only two transported.
So Shoka asked another favour and Darian found himself in mid ocean.

7) Viola - She was pacted to a demon but didn;t realise it would be harmful
to her to go inside a Temple dedicated to the Powers of Light.

Winner - Viola

Smartest Adventurer
1) Isabeth - stealing an idea and realising that the sagas were right. You
could get the inhabitants of a stronghold drunk so that you can get what
you want.

2) Martin - The party were attempting to defeat a troll but the troll was
immune to their attacks as his heart was hidden in a secret place. So
Martin came up with a plan to find the heart. They'd tell the local
spirits, which hated the troll, that they knew where the heart was and were
going to destroy it. The spirits blabbed to the troll's guardian spirit who
told the troll. So the troll rushed towards the hiding place to retrieve
the heart, with the party following. The party got to the heart first.

3) Bonnie - She had somehow managed to screw up the ritual of animating a
golem and had put a wandering spirit in it. So the spirit offered to do her
a favour. She sent it off to kill the sahuagin baron in his complex.

4) Clarissa - A large portion of the party were captured by Sanctuary
guards. Clarissa managed to bribe a guard to put them in the cell that was
most appropriate to escape from.

5) An entire party for coming up with rather novel uses for Water College
spells in order to raise a rather large boat.

Winner - Martin

The Best Death award was changed to Best Birth and awarded to Adam for
managing to give birth to twin godlings as detailed in the Seagate Times. A
Soothe Pain Award is also to be awarded.

Other Business
It was reported that the Dark Circle is currently stable.
