If it's jsut flavour (and we expected some/most Bard players to ignore 
it) then that's fine.  If it's flavour that we want supported and 
universal then there are two easy ways to integrating it:
1) Give bards a _penalty_ to cast if they _don't_ use an instrument, or
2) Drop their base chances across the board and give a counteracting 
bonus for using an instrument.

able to concealed cast.  (Mind Mages are in the queue for this ahead of 
bards anyway).  :-)
