The full 3 hour Namer Divination should, not sure about the others. Divination, like all other such effects are tools which let GMs impart infomation to the party. If you think they should know it or need to know then yes, divination will show major healing/herbalist effects. The nice thing about magic is that it is not science. There is no onus for it to work exactly the same way every time. Some consistancy is desirable but one need not be tied to being the same all the time.
