Subject[dq] The TOS Myth (Was Forgotten...)

Yes TOS is the mythical Top Out Syndrome.
Apparently it happens when characters have been played for a long time and they
run out of things to spend xp on.
Based on the past 10 years of play I predict some of my characters may start
to run into TOS in about 30 years.

Some people claim to hit it earlier than that.

Subject[dq] Cost & Availability of Mind Special Spells

I haven't confirmed this but I heard from a player at the guild meeting that
there is not an updated list of the available special knowledge spells and their
costs since the re-write of Mind.

Has anyone reviewed this list?  
Is there a new version that has not made it out for general consumption?

BTW Who has the source documents for the players guide?

The method/justification is secondary to whether we want the college to have
an invis type spell and the game mechanic that it will operate by.
As we all know, anything can be justified with in-game terms.

There is no good reason why mind mages should have an invisibility spell except
that they traditionally have had one.  
As an aside the same could be said for the Telekinetic spells, they have no
reason to be there except that they are and always have been.  Moving things
without touching them has nothing to do with Minds except in fiction/games with
psionics.

We haven't.  I believe they have been approved in concept and put into play test
but no further.
Playtesting has been happening but I don't know if anyone is collecting/applying
feedback.  Nor whether anyone is working towards producing final versions with
BCs.

So adding it to the Players Guide is a little premature, but a good thought
for when they are completed.

Just thought I'd clarify that I'm not working on Spy anymore, I thought
Mandos was taking it over, since his playtest with it session before last.  
I think adding Base Chances is a good idea, but not my forte.
