The new version has been finalised.  This is a week out from
the guild meeting to allow time for printing so that printed
copies can be distributed at the guild meeting.

This version includes the following rule changes:
- College Magic: The Investment Ritual (Ver 1.2).  
- New Version of the E&E Ritual of Greater Enchantment.  
- Geas changed to max rank 20 and Full Geas at rank 15.  
- Mind College spell of Undetectability removed.  
- Add Shields to Weaponsmith.
- Necromancy spell of Necrosis: limitation of only affecting
living restored. 
- Remove Probation tags from the colleges of Binder, Namer,
Mind, and Fire.  

This version also includes some translation into Queens
English of some other parts of the rules and a few typo
fixes.  None of these change any rules, but they hopefully
make the rules easier to read.  Not all of the proofing
issues that were raised have been fixed, some because they
needed further discussion but most because we had to draw
the line somewhere in order to get the rulebook out on time.
When I have time I will assemble a list of the fixes that
are in this edition and a list of the ones that will be
targeted for the next edition.

If you have Geas above Rank 20 or if you have Mind College:
Undetectability ranked then you will have some conversion to
do that you will need to resolve with a GM.

There is new pricing on Greater Enchantment from the guild,
this will be made available at the guild meeting.

The pre-orders I have for a printed copy of the rule book
