I'd be in favour as well, especially after reading some of the responses here.

Also I hoped having a reward (the healing potions etc) would help 'soften 
the blow' as it were. Maybe we should just have prizes for the best story.

Oh ghod - what did Basalic do this time *g*

Looks good to me. Might need to clarify what goes into which category but 
sure . looks good.

I've once or twice felt slightly guilty accepting Smartest (specifically the
healing potion) when the particular piece of the plan that I contributed
came out of a good brain-storming session that the whole party contributed
to. If we have some kind of 'Best plan' award I don't think it needs an HP. 
The 'unfortunate happening' ones would probably benefit from a softener.
