Speaking of Regis Keep, when was the opportunity to assist made known to
Guild members? Obviously it was announced at the Summer Meeting, but would
keen (right-thinking) members be able to help out before then? If not at the
outpost, then with the military forces?

Cheers
Errol

Not especially relevant any more but yes we can leave the lists of applied changes up there.

> Proposals for rules changes to be voted on.

I have a page for this there already. Basically a repository of the latest proposed version for
people to refer to.

> Voted in changes, not yet published (currently empty, potential Spy in near future)

Yes, we could add this as the temporary pen for approved changes. But I'd prefer if they were
added into the Editing changes when they are approved. Otherwise they will sit here and not get
done.

I think these should be one section, which is the new & to be changed bits of the rules.
If there is an accepted change that affects 3 areas of the rules then it will result in 3 changed
sections in here.
This isn't supposed to be a discussion area, it is supposed to be the details of exactly what
changes are to be applied to the rules.

> Player's Guide issues (a central point to collect noted issues seems useful).

Good point!

FromStephen Martin

btw I thought it was Regar's Keep.

The Eltrandorian troops arrived in late spring, it was hearing of this and the other events of
spring that led to me (as a player) initiating the Regar's Keep outpost (with approval from the
campaign committee).
While it was not officially announced until the meeting, I think it's reasonable that it was being
openly discussed throughout late spring and any character that wants to can have taken part in the
discussions and actions then.
Braegon spent the last week before the guild meeting at Regar's Keep constructing some basic
fortifications and buildings outside the keep. So that we have our own independent walled redoubt
that we can work from. He'll be back down there after the current bought of world saving. :)

Of course if you simply want to serve with a military force then the guild has a long standing
relationship with the Castellan Borderers, I believe that Mordrin is always happy to take the
names of new volunteers. It's only slightly higher risk...

The outpost is intended as a way for characters who are not part of Dark Circle related adventures
to be involved during non-adventuring time. The more player/character driven contributions we
have towards this the better.
In Game - the guild agreed to support this because it's the "right" thing to do. :) And becuase
it's potentially good PR with the Western Kingdom and independent Barronies, which we don't
normally get a lot of.
To help with this any (character) troubadors that are able to compose "artistic" works (stories,
poems, songs, puppet shows _if_ you must) that will spread the news of our great contribution to
the fight against the darkness would be greatly appreciated. Some basis on facts and actual
events is required.

Cheers, Stephen.

In fact, there will be insistence that such works be performed where the
inhabitants of the Dark Circle receive the message. I can arrange for your
delivery...

You're right. It is Regar's Keep. Regis was my typo and I take full
responsibility for it.

The first I heard about it was in the latest issue of the Seagate Times and
Phaeton headed down there as soon as possible to help out the troops, and
maybe even blast the odd undead minion himself.

A representative of the Seagate Times, as well as an airmage, Aurora
Steelwind, will also be down there as the SGT's on the spot reporter. (OOC:
please send any news stories in as soon as they come to hand. I want to see
a Regar's Keep column in the next issue please.

Incidently, if possible, I'd like an article on the History of the Dark
Circle for the next issue, so that the newer Guild members know what it is,
and how it came about. Can anyone do that please?

Keith
