<After a stiff drink or three>
=20
I heard everyone was in the Aquilan Cathedral for Noon mass, and some
undead arrived and slaughtered everyone. Completely. Down to the last
child. There must be hundreds of senior nobles and clergy dead.
=20
The rest of the Kingdom's going to fall in on itself without the Duke
and the King. Some Altgraf is the senior noble there now.
=20
Hey, maybe Count Richard "Tricky Dicky" Foxcourt was done in. Nah, our
luck couldn't be that good.

And aren't you lucky, here's some cheap drink.

{This "person" doesn't stay sober and then doesn't stay awake and then
doesn't stay quiet and then doesn't remember. I'm sure a "friendly" Mind
mage will assist with the last two.}

Not expecting repercussions of the recent victories against the Dark Circle is typically naive.
But there's no need to make such a fuss.
If reports have come through then there were survivors, if there were survivors then the undead
were probably driven off or destroyed. A few resurrections later and their injuries are "no
longer as grievous as previously reported".
I'm sure the official truth will soon be told that a few of the heroic nobles received a few
battle scars, the ladies and children fainted and one or two heroes that were too damaged or too
unpopular to be resurrected tragically died protecting some innocent.

Not that I wish to stop you leaving, please do. But there is no need to make so much noise about it.
