We definitely want at least that (as opposed to dropping it completely), as the Counterspells are still available (and taught to Namers). Is it worthwhile having playtest version 2.1.4 (or 2.1.5 if it's been confirmed) in the Rulebook as a resource for non-playtesters that want to see the kind of stuff Rune Mages can do? I suppose if a GM wants to have some Rune wards lying about the place they can prepare what they want available as general (or philosopher) knowledge in advance. I see no reason to put a placeholding into the rulebook for Rune, seeing as people may be running games and might need to use it as a reference. That's what they're for. I would like to have the most up to date version in the Rulebook. I think version 2.1.5 is ready for 'general play test'. Yes I feel it is not a great college but it fix's most (but not all) of the current issues with Rune. I feel it is better that Rune 1.0 or 1.1 and 2.1.4 I want the Rule Book to have a version of Rune in it not just a placeholder pointing to the DQ Wiki. I want to be able to read a Rulebook away from the evils of a PC after 10 hours working on a PC at work, without having to print anything extra or download something. Also I hate trees.
