My sense of the emails over the last few days is that having 2.1.5A in the
Rulebook, (with pointers to the latest playtest version) is acceptable to
(nearly?) everyone, and preferred option for most people.
I'll proceed on this basis, meaning I'll spend my next free evening or two
converting the file into the format needed for the production of the
Rulebook.
I may make a few editing-type changes e.g. to the rider/warning.
Rune 2.1.5A (as well as 2.1.4 and 2.1.5) is now linked to from the Wiki

Regarding Rune 2.1.5 and the rulebook. It looks as if 'play test version'
2.1.5 may (or may not) be going into the Rulebook.
As it was origanaly intended to for use by 4 rune mages for only a few weeks
/ months, and given the storng feel back by some of the GMs and after
talking to as many people as I could in the weekend, I ask Kelsie to remove
a couple of things that some people/GMs found most objectionable, in the
interests of moving Rune forward.
These are:
Removed Frivolous naming of spells.
Removed Banishment option on Rune Portal activation.
