This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_000E_01C69C28.FA8E4310 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Thanks for that Rosemary, It is a very good point about the Dark Circle impact on the area. The question I am asking is that I was talking with Greg Graydon a few days ago, who is not on the list and he said; He understood that the Dwarf population for the Superstition Mountains is around 200,000. What have other GMs used as a baseline number in the past? Has that number ever directly impacted on a game or characters, or was it a distant number said about the area of the Superstition Mountains? I do not mind but what do other GMs think? Hi all, I still have tickets left to tonights charity screening of Serenity, happening at the Queen Street Village Skycity Cinema's. 6:30pm, $13 per ticket, tickets only got through me. I can be emailed before 3pm today to book a ticket (and pay at the door) or you can trust to luck and just rock on up to Theatre 9 and hope I still have tickets left. There are door prizes, spot prizes, costume prizes, raffles and auctions of all sorts of goodies donated to the event. And special limited edition tshirts and badges for sale as well. All the funds raised go to Equality Now, a charity that works to end violence and discrimination against women and girls around the world. This is a charity that Joss Whedon supports (famous for the Buffy and Angel tv series, Firefly and Serenity, and currently working on Wonder Woman) This screening is the last of 47 world-wide screenings (5 countries) that have happened over the last ten days for the event Serenity Now/Equality Now. The confirmed donation tally from 36 of those screenings so far is over $62,000US. And tonight is Auckland's turn to add to the tally. Wellington had their screening last Friday and raised $757NZ and I hope we can match that tonight in Auckland. Goodies sponsored by Gotham Comics, Barbara's Books, The CD and DVD Store (Vulcan Lane), Heroes4Sale, Real Groovy, Creative Creations, Dragon Weave Jewellery, Browncoatsnz Fan Group and many more. And there is a rumor TV3-Nightline might be visiting tonight too. It's going to be a real shiny shindig, so don't miss out on tickets :) Karen -- to unsubscribe notify mailto:dq-request@dq.sf.org.nz -- |
