While they may not have the typical powers, there are PCs with Rank 11.
Worth enquiring there.
The key question is, why are you interested? If its for a character, I
suggest you talk to a friendly GM or two. If its for generic demons/Gods,
I'd suggest that its not necessary. If its for a particular healing power,
your imagination and the mythos are the place to start.
Given that - creating new races, bring people back from hair or an echo of
their voice, reincarnation (based on karma or otherwise), making chimera
from living beings (who said Healers had to be nice), healing landscapes,
healing plants, healing madness, sociological/societal healing (again, lots
of room for evil), mass healing, healing faster through groups, wound
transferral (quick fix for spec grev - put into an object, fix it later).
I'm sure there are plenty of other ideas, but it's a start.
