I would say its just "facts" but some of it is not.
Of note:
Old Seagate is now a chartered city no longer paying tax to Duke Leto
DeWinter. This is the reason for the settlement and growth of New Seagate,
in such close proximity to Old Seagate.
The introduction of named Barons (with descriptive profiles) to
create/support the geo-political environment.
Farmers and peasants in Carzala are potentially 'better off' because of the
effect of access to more land.
The choice that the Duke and Carzala is under pinned by three main financial
elements being;
- Beef herding in the Carzala area, Sweet Riding and the Plains of
Desai.
- Foreign ambassadors spending money in New Seagate to win influence
and gain access to the Seagate Adventures Guild.
- Seagate Merchants Guild with a large fleet mainly made up of foreign
vessels sailing under the Carzala flag living in an era of exploration and
opening up trade routes for the first time (with the assistance of Seagate
Adventures Guild).
These are the main elements of the booklet.
