Hi All.

Some time ago I started work on a revision of Elementals, looking primarily=
 to address 3 area's.
These being;
Heights, Strike Chances & Magical Abilities.

I now feel this proposal is ready to the point of further review & debate, =
and if in general people are happy with it, playtesting to see what effect =
the proposed changes would have before final tweaks are made, so we can bas=
e final changes on some hard information.

Elementals will be shorter.
Elementals Strike Chance & defenses will improve rank based.=C2=A0 Approx S=
C 120% & 60 defense at rank 20, as an average.
Elementals summoned via a ritual will cast spells, based on what spells the=
 summoner has.=C2=A0 Where possible abilities currently held have been matc=
hed to a similar spell.=C2=A0 At no time will an elemental ever be a better=
 spellcaster than it's summoner.
Elementals summoned via a spell will not cast spells.
Elementals can manipulate their own element similar to binding elements.

Physical Statistics will not change from the current Beastiary & Spell/Ritu=
al Descriptions.
Old Abilities have been included on the proposal page for easy comparison b=
etween old & new.
