Hello!
I'm not from New Zealand, but I have a project that might interest you: The
Arcana Wiki.
http://arcana.wikidot.com/
I've always been amazed how much sources of information about the real
world - such as the Wikipedia - can inspire adventures and even entire
campaigns. Unfortunately, the Wikipedia does not permit others to add
adventure seeds to their entries - but the Arcana Wiki _does_. Almost
anything that would make a valid Wikipedia entry and can be justified to be
of interest to gamers in someway would be a valid Arcana Wiki entry as
well - and each entry is divided into a "Basic Information" section where
contributors write factual information about the topic, and a "Game and
Story Use" entry where everyone can write down any and all adventure seeds
they can think of.
I would be delighted if you could help me expand the Arcana Wiki entry on
New Zealand:
http://arcana.wikidot.com/new-zealand
And any other information about New Zealand that branches off from the main
entry (such as entries about individual cities or other locations, local
folklore and mythology, and anything else you can think of) would be
greatly
appreciated - as would, of course, be any other, non-New Zealand related
information you can think of. The wiki is only about six weeks old, and I
already have a number of volunteers helping me write material for it - but
as with the Wikipedia, the more the better. ;)
I hope to see you there!
Cheers,
- Jürgen Hubert
