The party were about to be captured and rendered senseless in an inevitable
kind of way, apparently by these reanimator guys (i.e. necros who are way to
quick on the animate dead button). The party had excluded Theodonna from
some sort of mind-speech effect on the grounds that they should have at
least one person outside of the effect. I'm not sure if the re-animators
used the mind speech to target the rest of the party, but anyway, down they
went as they expected except for Theodonna, who, in her verminous
shape-change, hid on Neroc. After all, who would notice?
Anyway, they the reanimators collected their senseless remains, put them in
body bags and took them to a crematorium. Theodonna gnawed her way out of
the bag, changed back, removed the paralytic toxin on Neroc, who teleported
the rest of them out of the room of certain fiery doom.
