Subject[dq] A pool of NPCs for DM use

While setting up some NPC bad guy mages for my upcoming adventure, I was
suddenly struck by the thought that I'm probably reinventing the same wheel as
other GMs have done in the past. Wouldn't it be nice if we had a pool of
generic NPCs that GMs can use and alter to their own needs without having to
build NPCs up from scratch all the time.

Does anyone have a collection of generic types that could be used to build up
such a pool?

Thanks,

Keith

If you want to generate a list of public npcs, and perform all of the
administration such a task will inevitably entail, feel free. It will take
more work to keep them up to date than inventing them.

I won't use it, and I won't give you any of mine.
