D&D3: Humans get an extra feat and +4 skill points at first level and an 
additional +1 skill point per level.  No level caps, they got wiped out 
ages ago.  Path finder does the extra feat, +2 to any stat and +1 skill 
point per level.

Given the overlap between SF fandom and gaming we thought you would like to be reminded that a new exhibition at Te Papa has just opened.  Called "Game Masters", it features over 100 playable games from some of the world's most influential video game designers – including Peter Molyneux, Warren Spector, Tim Schafer, and Hideo Kojima.

"Play your way through 40 years of gaming history over three spectacular interactive zones."  More information at the Te Papa site (http://www.tepapa.govt.nz/WhatsOn/exhibitions/gamemasters/Pages/About.aspx) .

The exhibition runs 15 December 2012 – 28 April 2013 in the Visa Platinum Gallery, Level 4.  Admission charges apply.
