I have converted the rulebook into an epub (and azw3). This is a first
draft. It needs some work on fitting the table into the smaller format and
will be better structured where you can't see it.. Files will be available
on the page

I can get it to work.

In the process I have converted the whole document to word, which we will
be using from here on in. I have made some editing changes and noticed some
problems as I went through it. These are listed below and I have put them
on a wiki page:
for discussion. Someone can move them to a more appropriate location as
required.

Also for anyone is willing to proofread, on the page is a table for list
which sections you have done so as to best spread the workload and avoid
duplicate effort.. (Email me the change list.)

*Editing done:*
Spelling and grammar edits.
College intro heirarchy rearrangement in Mind, Namer, Fire, Necro,
Celestial.
Removed first level heading as inconsistent and had orphans
Removed cytogenesis.
Changed non-tactile empathy to ranged empathy.
Changed collegiate  to college.
Checked semi-colons.
Fixed two errors on noticed issues page
a Removed reference in Ice College spell Refrigeration (G-5) to fire
college temperature alteration spell as incorrect and irrelevant.
b Corrected Wiccan Damnum Minatum reference to Ice College from Air
College.

Clarifications required:*
A: Last line of binding college Detect Enchantment (T-2)
"If the Adept is in contact with the target then the base chance of this
talent is higher."
Does this refer to "Base Chance: 1. PC + 3% / Rank 2. PC + 5% / Rank"

B: The Ice elemental has AG 15-2. I have assume that it should be 15-20

C: In skills it says:
A character may attempt to employ a non-magical skill any number of times
during a day.

further down it says:
Very few of the abilities associated with the various skills are
quasi-magical. (I changed this to some btw)

This sort of implies that the former doesn't apply to these.

D: In 6.10 Fumbles it says
 If the weapon is not Magical, or made of cold iron, or a Bow, or a
Crossbow, increase this chance of fumbling by:

any silver or truesilver alloy of iron 1%  etc

this needs rewording because I don't understand it.
*Editing suggestions:*
Move burning damage table to end of fire college rather than at start

Move College magic to after non-college so that it is next to the colleges

*Rule change suggestions*
Remove requirement to cast 5 times per when ranking, as almost nobody does
it anymore, it is tedious and it penalises only beginning characters ie
often new players.

Air and water predict weather talent accuracy should be related to rank -
come on!

Remove the 100 charge rule from investment. It's not used and the problem
it was supposed to solve was better addressed in other ways and/or it
didn't work anyway.
