Clarifications required:
A: Last line of binding college Detect Enchantment (T-2)
"If the Adept is in contact with the target then the base chance of this
talent is higher."
Does this refer to "Base Chance: 1. PC + 3% / Rank 2. PC + 5% / Rank"
Simple answer yes.
If you look at the Range Line in the first section, (a couple lines) above
the Base Chance it says "Range: 1. 30 feet (+5/rank) 2. Touch" so the
higher BC 2. is the in contact or touch range. It's kind of silly having the
quoted line right at the end of the description, it needs to be at the start
and refer to that BC 2. more directly.
D: In 6.10 Fumbles it says
If the weapon is not Magical, or made of cold iron, or a Bow, or a
Crossbow, increase this chance of fumbling by:
any silver or truesilver alloy of iron 1% etc
this needs rewording because I don't understand it.
I second this it is as clear as mud
