The only thing that needs to be adjusted is the EM for the Ritual of Binding
Spirits.
The college does not actually need anything else. The fact that storage
hasn't been included is because they have little that can be stored.
If you want to be able invest or potion some of the stuff that is otherwise
not able to be stored, go out on an adventure and look for it. You don't
need to change the damned college so it meets with some uniform approach.
