I find it kind of amusing that someone would want to start training
something enough to spend xp and expenditures on it, which I assume have to
be done at the beginning, and also at least some of the time and then not
complete it within 6 months. I say let them drag it out as long as they
want. I can't see any untoward benefit to not finishing the training for 10
years.
