I have added these proposals to the agenda.
* E&E change play testing is going nowhere. Propose vote to accept or dump.
May need to separate this into Quickness and the rest.
* Propose vote to accept Jono's version of Evil Eye.
* Propose we remove requirement to cast 5 times per when ranking, as almost
nobody does it anymore, it is tedious and it penalises only beginning
characters ie often new players.
* Air and water predict weather talent accuracy should be related to rank -
come on!
* Propose we remove the 100 charge rule from investment. It's not used and
the problem it was supposed to solve was better addressed in other ways
and/or it didn't work anyway.
