I have converted the rulebook into an epub (and azw3).

Files are available on the page

In the process I have converted the whole document to word, which we will
be using from here on in.

I have made some editing changes and noticed some problems as I went
through it. These are on the wiki page. Someone can move them to a more
appropriate location as required.

Also for anyone is willing to proofread, on the page is a table for list
which sections you have done so as to best spread the workload and avoid
duplicate effort.. (Email me the change list.)
