I should have raised this last week as it's now too late to make changes for this edition but...

The Table of Contents seems overly long to me. While under the first 7 sections the
sub-headings are helpful, under Colleges they're all the same and most skills are only one or
two pages.

Would the ToC be more useful if it only included the level 1 headings and fitted on one page?

For me I think this would be easier as I just want to quickly find the relevant section of the
rules. At least until the day comes that I want to quickly find the details of Free Actions.
