Subject[dq-announce] Rules Voting Procedures

Quickly clarifying a couple of points about our rules voting procedures.
Most of you know this already and I apologise if I'm preaching to the choir.

1. No proxies, 1 vote per person in attendance.

2. All GMs and Players are eligible to vote. However there is an expectation that you are
making an informed vote, that you understand the impact and implications of the issue you are
voting on. If you do not understand you are expected to abstain.

There is also an expectation that if you turn up to a rules or campaign meeting that you will
do your best to act maturely, discuss politely and objectively, and leave your ego at the
door.
Most of us fail in this at some point but please do your best, and if someone else fails,
don't make it worse by failing with them.

Thanks, Stephen.
